the property was exceptional. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. 3. the breakfast was served in the restaurant. 4. the location was lovely and unbeatable for traveling around Saint Neots. 5. This hotel met needs in every way, can recommend.

The rooms have air conditioning and the staff, especially a duty manager, were extremely helpful and attentive, with the added bonus of a lovely lakeside location.

The staff were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends. - the rooms are well-appointed and top-notch. - the hotel offers incredibly beautiful views of the lake. - the location is convenient and there is parking available on-site.

The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, thanks to them everything was perfect. The location seemed magnificent to a coffee shop in the area.

Nothing too much trouble, we would come here again when in Bedford. The place is amazing, met every demand. The hotel has airy rooms with spacious bed, complimentary bar, fridge. The location is marvellous and stunning, 2 km from St Mary. The restaurant is good, serves appetising dishes.

The reason we choose the hotel was due to location close to a relative and value for money.

I wasn't overly impressed with the breakfast, nothing was cooked fresh.

New rooms and staff were friendly and professional, located conveniently near a leisure centre with the restaurant and spa all in one place.

Having to wait for 25 mins to check out whilst a taxi was waiting and having 1 person on reception

The staff were great & very helpful, my 3 year old became sick during our dinner (with a high temperature) and while they couldn't provide any calpol for her the man on reception made her happy by giving us a box of chocolates :0) I like the location. The room was very drab and could do with being updated. The food in the restaurant was lovely. Very good price for an over night stay. Very friendly staff. A little bed was made up for our daughter.

We didn't manage to use the pool as the times allowed for children to swim werent great. The room we stayed in was quite old fashioned.

The breakfast was above average and nicely catered for vegans. the pool was lovely. - I liked the double room with modern decor and an excellent bed. - the shower provided was good.
